A book like a dream, as groundbreaking as it is controversial: Sigmund Freud's The Interpretation of Dreams is as impenetrable as the soul it examines. A confusing guide to the scenes of dreams and thus to the ego, which according to Freud dreams exclusively deal with. Until the end of his life he regarded Dream Interpretation as his most important work, as a founding document of psychoanalysis and scientific guidance for understanding dreams.

The British-Irish theatre duo Dead Centre creates a wittya and entertaining adaptations of the great work of  Western culture, always shaking the separation between fiction  reality. In their first production in Vienna, they create a theatrical dream workshop that leads from Dr. Freud's treatment room at Berggasse 19 to our children's rooms, where evil dreams await us.
