- Joseph Haydn Mass in D Minor, Hob. XXII:11 "Nelson Mass"
Upon taking office, Chief Conductor Petr Popelka revealed to the "Standard": "Mozart and Haydn are essential, every orchestral musician knows that." Invited to perform Haydn's large-scale "Nelson Mass" and Mozart's "Little Symphony in G Minor"—along with a select quartet of soloists—is a multi-award-winning expert: Adam Fischer. For years, he has devoted himself intensively to Viennese Classical music, both as the founder of the Austro-Hungarian Haydn Philharmonic and through acclaimed complete recordings. In 2022, he was awarded the International Classical Music Award for his lifetime achievement.
