Terms and conditions
§1 Conclusion of the contract
Our booking confirmation, which will be issued and provided to you immediately after the acceptance of your credit card details by the payment provider, constitutes a binding agreement between you and our company. If you neither receive a failure message from the payment provider nor a booking confirmation please contact us within 24 hrs.
§2 Prices and fees
Generally the prices quoted in our online shop include a commission of 25% on top of the original price (incl. taxes). If different conditions apply for a sale (e.g. a higher commission or the sale without surcharge) this is indicated under “Ticket-Info” on our website.
From 1.5.2016 onwards tickets for artistic events are subject to a sales tax of 13%.
Some organizers (e.g. Staatsoper, Volksoper, Burgtheater, Raimundtheater, Ronacher, Theater an der Wien, Musikverein, Konzerthaus Wien and others ) have been attested to be of public utility by the ministery of finance, and therefore are allowed to sell tickets with a reduced sales tax of 10%. We cannot make demands on this reduction and are obliged to sell also these tickets with 13% sales tax; in fact this leads to an increase of the gross value of tickets of 2.7%. The gross value we charge therefore differs from the gross value charged by the organizer by this percentage. The net value is of course identical.
§3 Sales tax and delivery fee
All prices include the legal sales tax.
Any added delivery fee is indicated separately and is then included in the total fee.
§4 Cancellation of the performance
In case a performance is cancelled, you have to contact the organizer directly to return your ticket(s). In an emergency case though, we are happy to take over this procedure for you. This is only possible if we have the original tickets at our disposal within the period of time that is stated by the organizer for such cases.
In this case the return of the ticket price will be made by us. We are not obliged to return the commission as we fulfilled our side of the contract by providing the ticket(s).
Changes in the announced cast are no entitlement for a ticket return.
§5 Liability for tickets lost during delivery
We are trying to make it as easy and comfortable as possible for you to obtain the ordered ticket(s). Therefore we offer several ways of depositing the ticket(s) but would like to point out the limited liability in case of loss of ticket(s):
§ 5a “pick up”
The only way to make sure you receive your tickets with absolute certainty is to pick them
up in our agency during our opening hours. Tickets are available 3 weeks prior to the performance, on average. If in doubt, please inform yourself via phone or email, wheter tickets are ready to be picked up.
§ 5b “Deposit at evening box office”
We gladly deposit the ordered ticket(s) at the evening box office of the place of performance (if the organizer approves of that). Ticket(s) can be picked up under your name (or a reservation number) from 30 mins. prior to performance onwards.
The deposit is a voluntary service provided by the staff at the box office. We are liable only for providing the deposit.
If you do not receive your tickets after we deposited them, we shall not be held liable.
It is always helpful to know the exact seats as in that case replacement tickets can be issued at the place of the performance. This can be difficult though if the tickets are standing room tickets – in such a situation you might gain entry through a confirmation of your purchase.
§ 5c “delivery by mail”
We also mail tickets in exchange for a postage fee; the letter will not be sent by registered mail but we note down the date of dispatch and the exact seats we booked for you.
We shall not be held liable for loss of tickets during postal delivery! Here too it is helpful to know the exact seats as in that case replacement tickets can be issued at the place of the performance (shortly before the performance starts). This can be difficult though if the tickets are standing room tickets – in such a situation you might gain entry through a confirmation of your purchase.
§ 5d “Hotel delivery”
In exchange of a delivery fee we can deliver ticket to Hotels in Vienna.
The deposit is a voluntary service provided by the staff at the Hotel. We are liable only for providing the deposit.
If you do not receive your tickets after we deposited them, we shall not be held liable.

§6 Right of withdrawl
The right of withdrawl is excluded according to the Remote and External Business Act (FAGG)
