Program
- A celebration of Romanticism with the most touching, sensual, and fascinating choral pieces of all times and countries, including works by Franz Schubert, Johannes Brahms, and others.
Romanticism | Whatever one may understand by "Romantic" has found—and continues to find—its way into the vast land of vocal music. Ö1 icon Albert Hosp and Johannes Hiemetsberger, with their Chorus sine nomine, have taken on the comprehensive task of presenting a best-of of the most important and beautiful choral works. Very special, heartfelt pieces of choral music were selected for this format. Unforgettable moments are guaranteed, especially when immersed in the emotional world, whereby "Romanticism" is by no means exclusively a question and hymn to the musical era of the same name. Wonderful soloists such as Martha Matscheko, Jeunesse Featured Artist 2025 | 26, and baritone Rafael Fingerlos will lend their impressive voices to the program. Further details about the program are being kept strictly confidential, but surprises are certainly in store. It will be an evening of choral works that simply must be heard.
