In her second solo program, Malarina deals with the phenomenon of "trophy women" from the East. Why do men like Donald Trump or Johann Gudenus choose women from the Balkans? And how do you become such a woman yourself?
Malarina leaves her past as a socialist behind her and, in search of old money, swears off the FPÖ. But who is the trophy now: the woman or the inheritance? And who is being robbed? The Austrian women who miss out on a rich ÖVP member, or the Balkan men whose "trophy women" are being stolen? And are women the only resource that is being taken from them?
Between capitalism and communism, between the European Union and China, Malarina explores the paths of modern colonization.
