    Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Opera "Don Giovanni", in two acts, is based on the libretto by Lorenzo da Ponte. The theme of Don Giovanni was discussed several times before Mozart, but through Mozart's opera the personality of the young nobleman became an archetype.
